Risk Assessment And Control Of Z Company’s Integrated Management Information System

ABSTRACT:Construction industry as one of the most important material production departments, created enormous wealth for the society, is the important pillar industry of national economy in our country. Drastic competition in domestic construction enterprises puts forward rather higher requirements to business management. Under the condition of the productivity factors were similar, the informatization of management technology can make the best use of existing recourses, promote the comprehensive competitive ability. Integration is the solution to break the barriers of the enterprise internal information exchange, and to change the way enterprise gathering, processing, using information as a whole, leading the great innovation in the form of organization and management mode. This shows, the informationization construction and application of the integrated management will have significant positive effects to every level of the enterprise.By consulting a lot of materials in domestic and overseas, this paper firstly illustrates the construction of the necessity of research on the integrated management information system, put forward the research significance and the background, and expounds the research status of information management system as well as integrated management system both at home and overseas; then introduces the related theory foundation of enterprise integrated management information system After that, the paper discusses the general situation and possible risks when establishing and implementing integrated management information system. And then, in this context, introduce the Z company’s Integration management system implementation environment, as well as the problem. Finally, use the Second Company of the China State Construction Engineering Bureau as an example, analyzed the problems before the enterprise implement integrated. Combining the literature with the condition of Z company, construct the risk evaluation model of integrated management information system for quantitative evaluation on the risk of system implementation.
