In recent years, the information construction rapid developed in China. Informatization project has become the large enterprise to achieve strategic project to promote the industry restructuring and management. However, many enterprises, especially the enterprises in the traditional industry, is not very understanding of information. They lack of awareness about systemic risk facing the informatization project. Informatization projects often implement long time. Sometimes the implementation effect is not ideal, the effect is slow and even investment failure. How to accurately identify, and respond to risks of enterprise informationization projects effectively, has become the urgent problems in the process of enterprise informatization project implementation at present. This is undoubtedly the study has a certain practical significance.In this paper, the author focuses on information technology software project risk management system study and operational methods from both theoretical and practical view. The author firstly elaborated and summarized the domestic and foreign research results about IT project risk management, including the theoretical system, operational risk management processes, tools and methods and other related theoretical basis. Second, the author thoughts and summarized the reasons why project risk management methods are difficult to use in large state-owned enterprise informatization construction, put forward the control of enterprise informatization risk management advices. Third, the author planned the basic management system of project risk according actual situation of construction project integrated platform. The author try to implement the project risk identification and quantitative evaluation according to the life cycle theory by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process from owner’s perspective, which shows the characteristics of dynamic change of project risk as the project development stage. Based on this, the managing project risk response plan and standard work process and control points are summarized. The specific tools and methods used in risk monitoring activities are listed. Finally, the author summarizes the project risk control effect, verified the effectiveness of risk coping strategies. An example is given by the research on the integration of collaborative platform construction project risk management, shows how to make the behavior of information technology project risk management of large state-owned enterprises from passive into active. We also hope to informatization project management personnel of similar domestic enterprises to enlightenment and reference.
