Construction Risk Assessment Of Construction Enterprise Information Management System

With the advent of the information age, the construction of the information management system is valued by more and more construction companies. Construction enterprises regard the information management system construction as the important important means to improve the level of management and change the mode of development.According to the statistics of China Construction Enterprises Association,most construction enterprises are affected by various factors internal and external of the enterprise in the construction process of information management system and deviate from the expected goal of the system construction with high risk and low success rate.Therefore, it is necessary to study the risk of construction enterprise faced in the construction of information management system to improve the success rate of the system construction.On the basis of analyzing the current situation of domestic and foreign research,this paper expounds the concept and characteristics of the construction of construction enterprise information management system and the risk and its characteristics in the process of system construction.And then based on the identification of risk factors of construction enterprise information management system,use Delphi method filter to screen the indicators.Based on this groundwork,construct a construction enterprise information management system construction risk evaluation index system.Then Bayesian network risk evaluation model of the construction of construction enterprise information management system is established. Finally,taking the large construction enterprise A as an example,evaluate the risks of the construction of construction enterprise information management system comprehensively with Bayesian network risk evaluation model,compute the success rate of the construction of the system, find out the key risk factors and the sensitivity risk factors for building the system and thetwo risks factors’ degree of the influence on success rate of the construction of the system,and puts forward some suggestions on the risk management of construction enterprise information management system.The study of this paper can help to manage the risk factors that may exist in the construction of the construction enterprise information management system,so as to take effective measures,prevent the occurrence of risk and improve the success rate of system construction.It has certain theoretical and practical significance to further study the construction risk of construction enterprise information management system.
