CSR ZELC Electric Equipment Branch Company Process Optimization Research

Manufacturing rail transportation electrical equipment belongs to labor and technology-intensive industries, compared with the manufacture of other products, it’s most significant feature is the high precision, complex process, special process and highly production conditions requirements, and with varieties of small batch.The thesis takes CSR ZELC Electric Equipment Branch Company as a specific case, to optimize the production process based on the theory of Lean Thinking and Industrial Engineering. Around the development of strategic objectives, and from the production technical characteristic, production process, production management processes and external situation, an overall situation analysis has been made to diagnose current problems of the company. To solve these questions, from methods of industrial engineering and lean production, to design the Electric Equipment Branch Company of the overall process optimization solutions, then the solution and effect analysis has been done.The main works done in this article includes:Firstly, Lean production and industrial engineering theory has been studied, lean and industrial engineering theory are tried applied to the production process, and promoted the management. Secondly, problems of the sort relating to production process has been studied, combined with analysis of external situation, issues based on lean manufacturing processes to be solved has been listed. Thirdly, an overall solution to optimize the process has been issued. Fourthly, through the practical application of process optimization, the effect of the work has been evaluated and can give reference for other companies in the same industry.
