With the new concepts of the Industry 4 and Made in China 2025,the manufacturing enter prises are beginning to transform and upgrade to intelligent manufacturing enterprises.The development of Internet technology make the demand for people to more and more diversified,and the competition between enterprises is more intense.At the same time,how to improve production efficiency,improve product quality,reduce production cost and improve customer satisfaction is the problem that enterprises need to solve urgently.Lean production as the origin of the world recognized the advanced production management mode in the Toyota Corporation of Japan,after decades of research and application of lean production,has developed into a lean production system,continuous improvement of lean thinking to spread all over the world each enterprise,lean production management in the global scope widely used and achieved remarkable results.Many enterprises in the implementation of lean production management combined with the actual situation of the enterprise,formed the enterprise own characteristics of the lean production system.G company,the research object of the paper,is a private company.The products are sputtering target,are small and variety.There are many problems in the production and operation of the company,such as low product gross interest rate?high equipment failure rate and high semi product inventory.To solve these problems,G company has been implementedlean production since 2013.Although certain achievements have been achieved,the implementation of lean production is slow and incomplete because of various reasons.Only two lean tools of 5S and TPM are in continuous practice.This paper uses lean thinking,investigation of application status from the general steps of the implementation of lean production management system of the lean production management of G company's overall situation and the implementation of lean management,have used the tools of 5S TPM management,value flow chart,and summarized the G company in the presence of lean production management problems.According to the actual situation of G company's lean production management optimization program,select the appropriate lean tools to establish suitable for G company to obtain the competitive advantage of operating systems,formulate the implementation plan and execute the operation system.At the same time,we should optimize the incentive mechanism of employees,and track the effectiveness of the implementation of the optimization plan,and improve the corresponding safeguards to ensure the smooth and continuous operation of lean production management.The research shows that the core of lean thinking is the continuous improvement of lean production enterprises,full participation is the key to the successful implementation of lean production management,characteristics of each enterprise's internal and external environment and the enterprise's own needs vary,combining with the status quo of enterprises reasonable selection of lean production tools to build their own lean production system.This paper provides reference for the implementation of lean production management in similar enterprises.
