Early in the reformand opening up, the family contracted household responsibility system of theenforcement of Jiangxi rural surplus labor employment pressure have certain local sloweffect, to resolve the problem of rural industrial structure adjustment and the rise oftownship enterprise make the most of the rural employment too much on the transfer. Indeepening reform stage, Jiangxi rural surplus labor force in the scale of the industrytransfer between employments is increasingly frequent and great, but the transfer of ruralsurplus labor force employment situation is still grim. With the advancement of economicpractice, Using of Jiangxi FDI scale expanding gradually and the characteristics of therise by band type. Since1991,in Jiangxi province, the actual use of FDI scale expansion,first break through the$15million mark at a distance, to$19.49million, and short-termhighs of$478million in1997.From1998to2000,three years, because of the role of theAsian financial crisis, back in Jiangxi province, the actual use of foreign directinvestment and FDI from$227million in2000.2001years later, the actual use of FDIinvestment in Jiangxi province has risen steadily, to$6.824billion in2012.However,FDIbetween Jiangxi industry distribution mainly concentrates in the manufacturing of thesecond industry, the role of absorbing rural surplus labor force islimited.Therefore,relationship between FDI and employment of rural surplus labortransfer in Jiangxi province were analyzed, and through the rational utilization ofFDI,alleviate the pressure of the Jiangxi province rural surplus labor transfer employment,to promote economic development in Jiangxi province is of great significance.First of all, in this paper, the employment of rural surplus labor transfer in Jiangxiprovince FDI research background and significance, related literature review, and theproblem of research ideas and methods, the main innovation point of view.Then,on therelevant theories of FDI and the surplus labor force employment to comb, summarizes theFDI by domestic investment, international trade, technology transfer of rural surpluslabor transfer employment effect, and then found that FDI effect on employment ofsurplus labor transfer has both positive and there are also negative, there are both directand indirect etc multiple effect.Next,this article combined with the actual situation inJiangxi province, analyzed in Jiangxi province,jiangxi province FDI effect onemployment of rural surplus labor transfer, in this part, the research mainly USES acombination of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, the author found that FDIwith the increase of investment, promote the surplus labor force employment in the shortterm, reduce surplus labor force, but in the long term is due to the extrusion effect and the substitution effect of capital surplus labor backflow, allow it to increase the amount ofrural surplus labor force.Then,the article adopts the method of empirical analysis,analyses the relationship between FDI and sum of rural surplus labor in Jiangxi provinceand second and third industry of FDI effect on rural surplus labor force.Finally, the author summarizes the Jiangxi FDI impact on rural surplus labor transferemployment of conclusions:first,jiangxi FDI and exists a long-term equilibriumrelationship between rural surplus labor, and Jiangxi FDI is to increase the granger reasonof rural surplus workforce;second,the short term effects of FDI on rural surplus labor inJiangxi province is negative, but in the long term, with a fixed effect;third,the second andthird industry in Jiangxi province FDI is not the strength of effect of absorbing ruralsurplus labor force the same, the second industry FDI absorption effect is stronger thanthe tertiary industry of surplus labor force. In combination with these ideas, Suggestionsin Jiangxi province need it into the industry, in coordination with the appropriateinvestment and expand the scope of capital source, in order to solve the problem ofemployment of rural surplus labor transfer in Jiangxi province.
