In twenty-first Century, the most lack of resources is talent, the twenty-first century enterprises, which want to stand in rapidly changed and competitive society, is in need of qualified personnel. So the real estate industry in the21st century in order to gain a firm foothold to new heights of development is inseparable from the people.The talent is not a group of specific people, but can play their own sweat and ingenuity for enterprises. Each of the new recruits, especially graduates just entered the community, may not have their own career planning, then they requires companies providing more guidance and training to recognize enterprises, helping them grow and become the enterprise need talent. And the staffs that have working experience have more attention on the company’s culture and their own development in the new enterprise. Therefore, the training in the company is put forward a very high demand.Wansheng real estate company as a representative of the small and medium-sized real estate enterprises in Xi’an, realizes the traditional residential estate already could not adapt the current situation in the severe market regulation policy. The culture and tourism real estate will be the future real estate industry’s flagship product. Thus, by the end of2011, the company brought together the relevant departments of the project development direction, finally determines the development of this project by tourism culture as the theme. However, this project development exists in management, professional and technical problems, because the staff quality can not meet the requirements of new projects, leading to the implementation of new projects not as expected. This makes the company managers are very anxious. How to design effective training solutions, to effectively improve the company the staff professional skills and comprehensive quality, to improve staff enthusiasm and loyalty is Wansheng Real Estate Company and other enterprises are urgent solved problems, but also the core content of this paper.This paper apply the training and development of human resources theory as the foundation, by using the method of documentary, interview, data communication, methods of chart analysis, case analysis, system analysis, the existence problem and inadequacy of Wansheng Real Estate Company in staff training is analyzed. And according to the analysis results the optimization program is put forward. Through making clear the optimization plan, grasping the premise of optimization scheme, paying attention to training needs analysis and applying the strategy on training efficiency, the employee work efficiency is to be improved, the employees’enthusiasm and efficiency is to be mobilized, and the strategic objectives of enterprises is to be achieved.
