Finally, an empirical model to establish the panel, after joining theindustrial structure, fiscal spending, urbanization rate and other control variables,differences in empirical economic impact on the quality of the regional concentrationof economic development in the eastern region excessive agglomeration, inhibit thequality of economic development upgrade; economic concentration on the quality ofeconomic development in the western region are promoting. Overall, advances intechnology, resource allocation, enhance the quality of the urbanization of China’seconomic development role. Finally, the paper recommends changes in ourproduction, deepening the reform process, should regulate the situation of each regiongather resources, accelerating population, land, industry, urbanization coordinateddevelopment; continue to strengthen and improve the production technology tooptimize resource allocation structure.
