Then cutting into two dimensions of macro, meso, micro, economic, technological, social, select appropriate indicators and using SPSS statistical software to make for empirical analysis of influence factors. And on this basis, the article put forward to some suggested and measures to promote the coordinated development of urbanization and modernization of agriculture in Shanxi Province.The coupling coordination degree of urbanization and agricultural modernization in Shanxi Province is relatively high, so as the improve speed, but there is a gap between each city. The level of agricultural modernization is generally below the urbanization. So, the key to promote the coordinated development of urbanization and agriculture modernization in Shanxi Province, is to speed up the pace of agricultural modernization and improve the efficiency of agricultural production. At the same time, we also need to strengthen the leading role to agricultural modernization.
