Abstract:Logistics financial business is combining financial industry with logistics industry, and using a variety of financial products in the process of logistics operation. It can effectively organize and iterate the monetary funds in the field of circulation, which not only solves the financial problems of he small and medium-sized enterprises, but also provides a innovative and value-added way for the third party logistics enterprises and financial institutions.With the development of social economy, the logistics plays an obvious role in promoting regional economic development. The relation between logistics financial business and regional economic is more obvious than before. So how to measure the coordinated development relationship between logistics financial and regional economic. It is very important for leading the development of logistics financial and regional economic.There are many influence factors in logistics finance, this paper based the two aspects of logistics financial and regional economic, analyzes the interaction between logistics financial and regional economic and the coordinated development phases of them, At last it builds assessment model based on the theory of the cooperation. It aims to promoted the development of regional economy by carrying the logistics financial business, and provides theoretical basis for the regional economic in drafting reasonable policy for the government.Research results show that, the coordinated development model of logistics finance and regional economic in the paper can comprehensively reflect the degree of coordinated development. The logistics finance and regional economic of Heilongjiang and Liaoning province’s is in the high synergy phase, while Jilin province in the medium synergy phase, the results provide the theoretical basis for promoting the economy of northeast area.Full-text is divided into six chapters, the first two chapters mainly expounds the theoretical background and research significance of the study, and make a brief summary for the domestic and foreign relevant theory and the present development situation. The third and forth chapter defines the logistics finance and regional economic concepts, present situation, characteristics and model. It respectively elaborates the logistics finance to promote the regional economic development, regional economic development pull the logistics finance. Chapter five is the core content of this paper and innovation part of this article. The paper constructs a collaborative development model of the logistics finance and regional economic after analysis the influence factors. Finally, by analyzing the data of the development of the northeast, it validates the established collaborative development model, and proposes the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on the results.
