| Carbon finance is defined as financial activities of appearance and trading of carbon emissions.The increase of carbon and rising temperatures cause the world attention of low carbon economy.Finance is the core of economic development,so carbon finance is very important.In addition,regional characteristics are obvious in China.Every area will develop carbon finance only they know the prospects and benefits of carbon finance and the relationship between carbon finance and regional economic growth.Combined the theory of carbon finance and regional economy,this paper discusses the relationship between the carbon finance and regional economic growth with the theoretical and empirical study of three northeast provinces.First,expound the theory,and then carry on the empirical test of relationship between the carbon finance and regional economic growth.This is extremely significant to promote the development of carbon finance and regional economy of three northeast provinces and to optimize the carbon financial market system.This paper first elaborates the background,significance,domestic and foreign research and related theories.Secondly,describe the present situation of carbon finance and regional economy,and makes theoretical analysis on their relationship.After that,carry on the empirical research to prove the relationship of the carbon finance and regional economic growth with the model of cross section of the fixed effect and Granger causality test.The study found that regional economy can promote the development of carbon finance and carbon finance can also promote the development of regional economy.But the carbon finance is still in its infancy and has not formed the scale at present in three northeast provinces.There is a great space for the development of carbon finance.At last,according to the results of theoretical analysis and empirical research,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to promote the carbon finance and regional economy of three northeast provinces. |
