Research On The Technological Innovation Process Model Construction Based On The Knowledge Creation

In the21st century, the rapid development of the global economy, although the totalamount of China’s high-tech industry is leading in the world, but the average level ofindependent innovation ability of China’s high-tech industry is still lagging behind.High-tech industrial structure chaos, small scale and low innovation ability are the coupleof important factors to developed technology monopolize the high-tech industry. In order toachieve the purpose of improving technological innovation ability, corporates andacademics have to face the problem of optimizing the process of technological innovation.From the point of view the current status of academic research, the factors of the process oftechnological innovation are multidimensional and complex. On the one hand, marketdemand, organizational structure and entrepreneurial spirit will be more or less controllingthe process of technological innovation development. On the other hand, it is rare to analyzethe process of enterprise technology innovation by knowledge, mainly in the areas ofknowledge management, knowledge transfer and knowledge absorption. Therefore, thispaper will research the knowledge activities in the different stages of technologicalinnovation from the perspective of knowledge creation, in order to deduce the process oftechnological innovation model based on knowledge creation.First of all, knowledge creation that includes the types of knowledge, knowledgeabsorption and knowledge transfer impact of technological innovation differently.(1) Typesof knowledge. Explicit and acceptable knowledge is prone to bring incremental innovation;implicit and obscure knowledge tend to feed breakthrough innovations.(2) Knowledgeabsorption. External knowledge environment and the internal knowledge keeping ofenterprise affect the knowledge into technological innovation.(3) Knowledge transfer. Therate and extent of knowledge transfer directly limit the development of technologicalinnovation. Second, review the previous major technological innovation model and foundthat the process of technological innovation can be divided into three phases: the run-upphase, experimental stage and market stage. Run-up phase includes technological searchand technological digestion. Experimental stage mainly presents technological innovationbetween individuals and organizations. Market stage balance the need of market andproduction conditions. On this basis, we propose a model of the process of technologicalinnovation process based on the knowledge creation. Finally, take Gree appliances andSure instrument for example; we demonstrate the technological innovation model byanalyzing the different stages of the process of Gree appliances and Sure instrumenttechnological innovation.
