Withdrawal of agricultural land is the focus of attention of theorists, manyresearchers, including agricultural land transfer, quit, etc., rural homestead agriculturalland exit type for a detailed study. On the basis of existing studies, this paper certainagricultural production in the central region of the county for the study of traditionalagricultural areas of agricultural land exit problem analysis through field research, to findout the status of agricultural land withdrawal, analyze the constraints farmers factors exit,and then made the promotion of agricultural land of farmers exit measures.The paper including: The first part is an introduction, including the background andsignificance of this study, the definition of relevant research concepts, introduction to theliterature review and the previous study, the basic ideas and content, and possibleinnovation and shortcomings. The second part is the basic situation of China’s agriculturalland exit policy development and practice of presentation, including presentation of arableland withdrawal policy evolution and the current stage of development and status offarmland quit, quit rural homestead policy path and the current basic briefing. The thirdpart is the empirical research, that is, Henan xiayi, through a questionnaire survey offarmers on agricultural land cognitive grasp exit and willness. The basic case study area,including agricultural land withdrawal, the basic situation of the source and sample data,the farmers for agricultural land withdrawal cognition, farmer wishes to withdraw fromthe survey of agricultural land in the survey based on the summary. The fourth part is therest of farmland exit typical cases and experiences, including Chongqing, Chengdu andother places of Jiaxing, Zhejiang case presentation, a brief review of the basic experiences.The fifth part is the international experience and the Enlightenment, including the mainapproach the United States and Japan, including a number of countries and regions, thebasic experiences of these countries and regions, and the Enlightenment to China. Part VIis conclusions and policy implications. A brief summary of the aforementioned study aresummarized, and an object of research。Promotion of agricultural land from farmers quit the following aspects: to furtherimprove the legislation, effectively protect the interests of farmers, a modest reform of theexisting policies to promote the participation of farmers, increase financial input.
