Air transport as a major way of modern transportation, modern transportation systemis an important support and its fast, comfortable and safe features that consumers favor.The extent and speed of air transport development, marking the political, marketeconomy, globalization, levels of development and speed of this Country’s aviationindustry. With the relaxation of2004Chinese civil aviation industry access system,private enterprises began to enter the aviation industry, Chinese air passenger transporthas been considerable development, of which the most striking development of low-costairlines, which implement low-cost competition strategy, pioneered the concept of thetraditional airlines operate different business models, which in recent years to more than95%load factor and profitable operating results year after year, causing widespreadconcern in society. Only set up the core competitiveness that other enterprises hard toimitate, it is benefit to company maintain competitive advantage, and to achievesustainable development. To identify enterprise core competitive advantage is theenterprise value chain analysis research, identify the advantages of the enterprise valuechain link. Therefore, this article from the perspective of value chain analysis of the corecompetitiveness of low cost airlines.In this paper, the core competitiveness of low-cost airlines internal value chaintheory based on the following five steps: The first step, theoretical overview of thedomestic and foreign systematically expounded the theory, the theoretical basis for thelater analysis; The second step, the internal value chain to build low-cost airlines,traditional airline’s first build internal value chain, to analyze its marketing and serviceactivities, and then with a low-cost airline marketing services activities were compared toidentify differences in the final Construction of low-cost airlines internal value chain; Thethird step is to build the core competitiveness of low-cost airlines system, get five corecompetitiveness of low-cost airlines by expert opinion method: flight time planning androute planning systems, service indicators, aviation brand management capability indices,operational efficiency and human resource planning and development; The fourth step,empirical analysis, select a representative low-cost airlines A, its analysis of thecompetitive situation and the problems raised. Thereafter, based on questionnaire data,obtained low-cost airline with a strong core competitiveness by chromatographic analysisand fuzzy comprehensive evaluation; The fifth step is proposed low-cost airline to furtherenhance the core competitiveness of the proposal: to optimize flight routes, services,product design and marketing, to enhance the core operational capabilities, and create agood corporate culture. I hope this study to provide some reference value of airlinemanagement for domestic low-cost airline and other types.
