In the short years of the development of new energy automotive industry in China,the market for new energy vehicles based on electric vehicles has expanded rapidly,and the interdependent market for charging and replacement facilities has also kept pace with the times and has witnessed rapid development.China has included new energy vehicles in the seven strategic industries.It is understood that China has become the fastest growing country in terms of charging infrastructure for electric vehicles in 2016.In 2017,China's new energy vehicle market continues to maintain its number one position in the world.China has invested a lot of energy in the construction of electric vehicle charging and exchanging facilities.At present,it has initially formed a policy system for charging and replacing facilities from the central government to local governments.Social capital actively participated in the construction and operation of charging and swapping facilities,forming a diversified subject development pattern in which state-owned central enterprises,local government investment platforms,private enterprises,and foreign-funded enterprises coexist.The rapid development of China's network of charging and swapping facilities has provided a powerful guarantee for the rapid growth of the number of electric vehicles.The construction of charging and exchanging facilities has continued to grow,and the purpose of charging and replacing electricity is better.Facilities operation and maintenance business came into being.Nowadays,faced with the large-scale construction of the charging and replacement facilities,the market for the operation and maintenance of the charging and swapping market is fierce.However,the investment recovery period for the operation and maintenance of the charging and replacing facilities is longer,and the difficult status of profitability further reflects the movement of the charging and replacing facilities.The cruelty of the Victorian market competition.In order to survive and thrive in fierce market competition,the operation and maintenance companies of China's charge-for-exchange facilities must analyze the core competitive advantages of the enterprise itself and find its own advantages.However,as far as the current research is concerned,the research on the core competitiveness of charge-and-replenishment companies operating at home and abroad is still largely blank.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out the evaluation research on the core competitiveness of charge-and-replenishment facilities for operation and maintenance ofcharge-and-replenishment facilities to promote the development of China's charge-for-equipment replacement operation and maintenance enterprises.First of all,this paper reviews the relevant research literature on the core competitiveness of enterprises and the operation and maintenance enterprises of the electricity and exchange facilities,and then analyzes the relevant theoretical conditions involved in the research on the core competitiveness of the operation and maintenance companies of the charging and replacement facilities.The analysis combined with the current market situation and expert surveys constructed the evaluation index system of core competitiveness of China's charge and replacement facilities from four aspects: enterprise resources,operation management,innovation capability,and market advantages,and verified the rationality of the index system.Then,a comprehensive range of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method have been established to evaluate the core competitiveness of charging and replacement facilities operation and maintenance companies.Finally,based on the sample PML sample of the research background of the project,this paper collects data through expert interviews and questionnaire surveys,and conducts an empirical study on the core competitiveness evaluation system for the operation and maintenance company of the charging and replacement facilities.Based on the evaluation results,the company's core The promotion of competitiveness has made targeted recommendations in five areas.
