In recent years, more and more scholars began to focus on interaction with theenvironment of the entrepreneur, and had made significant research progress. However, fewprevious studies from the perspective of competence to examine the performance ofentrepreneurial competencies and entrepreneurial relationships in social interaction. In addition,China’s enterprises, more than99%are SMEs, they have created more than half of GDP, is topromote technological innovation force. SMEs play an irreplaceable role in expandingemployment and promoting economic growth. However, according to reports that the average lifeexpectancy of Chinese SMEs is only3.8years, life expectancy is very short. Therefore, the studyof small and medium business enterprises how to extend their survival time is very important, butalso imminent. For this situation, this paper tries to study the idea of using competency structuralmodel of entrepreneurial social competence, relationships with entrepreneurial performance, aswell as the influence of the entrepreneurial environment and so on to do further exploration.Firstly, on the basis of access to a large number of documents, summarize the results ofprevious theories on entrepreneurship competencies and entrepreneurial performance and otherrelated research, the idea of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial performance competency modelof the relationship between structure, process regulation Effect entrepreneurial environment.Further empirical research in two stages, the first stage of the survey using the method, a total of225valid questionnaires were collected, the second phase on the basis of the first studies ofentrepreneurial competence and related factors investigated again in order to build entrepreneurialcompetencies and entrepreneurial performance model of the system investigated a total of40small and medium enterprises, to obtain226valid questionnaires, discussed the structure ofentrepreneurial competencies, entrepreneurial performance and the relationship between the threeentrepreneurial environment and so on. During the study, the use of SPSS17.0empirical researchusing structural equation modeling and hierarchical multiple regression method for empiricaltesting.Through empirical analysis, we can draw a positive relationship between entrepreneurialcompetencies and entrepreneurial performance, and the eight dimensions of entrepreneurialcompetencies are between entrepreneurial performance and a significant positive correlationbetween the three dimensions and entrepreneurial environment (dynamic competition,heterogeneity) are pioneering the relationship between competence and entrepreneurialperformance played a different regulation. Finally, this paper summarizes the main conclusions of the study discusses the theoreticaldevelopments and practical significance of the study, pointed out the shortcomings and areas forfurther research on the problem. |
