Research On The Circulation Mode Of Fresh Fruits And Vegetables In Jinan City

As of the end of 2020,Jinan has a resident population of 8,067,000,with a strong demand for vegetables and a high demand for vegetable varieties in daily life.The efficiency of the circulation mode of fresh fruit and vegetable products directly affects the quality of life of the majority of customers.All these problems have caused a certain degree of impact on the development of agricultural industry in Jinan.Through a review and analysis of relevant literature at home and abroad,it is found that there are many problems in the circulation of fresh agricultural products in China that need to be solved.The city of Jinan is an important economic centre in Shandong Province.Therefore,it is necessary to study the circulation of fresh agricultural products in Jinan.First of all,we analyse the current situation of the circulation mode of agricultural products in Jinan through relevant literature,and after defining the concept of circulation mode of fresh agricultural products and fruits and vegetables,we find that the wholesale market of fresh agricultural products in Jinan is developing fast,the structure of circulation bodies is diversified,the logistics infrastructure is continuously improved,and the attention of the government is increased.The current circulation mode of fresh agricultural products in Jinan mainly includes three circulation modes.At present,there are three main circulation modes for fresh agricultural products in Jinan: wholesale markets,farmers’ markets and supermarkets.Secondly,a hierarchical analysis was used to determine the factors affecting the development of the distribution mode of fresh agricultural products in Jinan.Finally,based on the actual situation in Jinan,the measures for optimising the circulation mode of fresh agricultural products in Jinan are proposed.
