Enterprise’s center of gravity and the final purpose is obtaining outstandingperformance as well as the biggest returns. In order to achieve the ultimate goal, theemployees’ enthusiasm and initiative must be activated, so that they can make greatefforts for the benefit of the enterprise with all their hearts. The attitudes and thesatisfaction of employees toward the work itself, working environment, interpersonalrelationships, company development and training tend to have significant effects onthe business performance and the realization of the enterprises’ goals. Therefore,enterprises should focus on the employees’ satisfaction and the internal relationbetween the satisfaction of employees and enterprise performance so that they candevelop healthily and rapidly. Attaching great importance to the employees’satisfactions of small and medium-sized technology-based enterprises is beneficial tofinding the problems of enterprises’ internal governance that exist in the enterprise,forecasting the company’s future performance, and ensuring employees’ physical andmental health, thereby increasing the output quality of enterprise staff. Based onsummarizing the related researches, constructing the theoretical research model, anddiscussing the internal relation between the satisfaction of employees and enterpriseperformance of small and medium-sized technology-based enterprises, can define theinternal relations between the satisfaction of employees and enterprise performance ofsmall and medium-sized technology-based enterprises more scientifically andtargeted. In terms of the members at the top of the organization, it can provide theimportant basis and reference for the implementation of human resource management,mobilizing the initiative and enthusiasm of employees, excavating the potential ofemployees and finally improving enterprise performance effectively.In order to define the internal relations and influence mechanism between thesatisfaction of employees and enterprise performance of small and medium-sizedtechnology-based enterprises, and based on the employee satisfaction put forwardcountermeasures and suggestions to promote the overall performance of our country’ssmall and medium-sized technology-based enterprises, this study has carried on theempirical research on the internal relations and influence mechanism between the satisfaction of employees and enterprise performance of small and medium-sizedtechnology-based enterprises by integrated using literature research, questionnairesurvey and qualitative analysis. Based on analyzing the background, significance, andsummarizing the research status at home and abroad, this study elaborated the internalrelations between the satisfaction of employees and enterprise performance of smalland medium-sized technology-based enterprises, constructed the theoretical model,carried out the analysis of variance and path analysis by using the obtainedquestionnaire survey data, the statistical software SPSS16.0and AMOS17.0. Thisanalysis has been clear about the role of the path and influence mechanism betweenthe satisfaction of employees and enterprise performance of small and medium-sizedtechnology-based enterprises. Finally, this paper put forward the countermeasures andSuggestions to improve business performance begin with the aspects of employeesatisfaction. This study points out that small and medium-sized technology-basedenterprises should start with the employees’ satisfaction, strengthen the managementof employees’ satisfaction, in order to enhance the overall performance of theenterprise. In practical terms,enterprises should hold a variety of training activities,make different salary welfare system, assist in developing appropriate career planning,create a favorable condition of innovation, carry out differentiation of staffmanagement,and so on.
