The compensation of listed companies in China has been subjected to all kinds of scholars research nearly 20 years.Because the problem of salary relationship with the work enthusiasm of company employees,then having an influence on the whole company performance.From the existing literature reviews we can see,There are not enough impact study about salary differences on enterprise performance ,and mainly in the research about the influential factors of the whole internal team executives ,and salary gap between executive compensation and corporate performance gap between the relationship of executives and employees,the gap between pay less. Most researchers choice listed companies in shenzhen and shanghai as research objects,they weren't subdivid these companies according to different enterprises,the special enterprise of small and medium-sized enterprises in China has not spread further discussed either.Because the small and medium-sized enterprise in China accounted for more than ninety percent of all enterprises, and small and medium-sized enterprises with ownership structure is complex, technology fund relative backwardness, the specialization division coordination and management in less developed the family-based obvious characteristics.Such as small and medium-sized enterprise internal salary gap between research and the relationship between the performance for the reform of income distribution structure, and optimize the board level of management has important significance, more conducive to improving employee satisfaction and enterprise performance level.At the same time,the existing research also do not involve the specific application environment of pay gaps.There have less research for some variable in the study of the relationship between them,which may cause the absoluteness of salary gap's application.Considering the importance and the particularity of the small and medium-sized listed enterprise,this artical choose shenzhen listed company in 2010 as the research object,meantime which also can be used for reference.While in analysis the salary gap between executives and common staffs, taking into account the internal salary gap with executives may be different,the former value gap will be greater.In order to better relations with the performance gap analysis,this article introduced the concepts of absolute difference and relative difference to analysis.At the same time introduced board independence and executives degree level as regulation variables to check whether have regulating action with the relationship of salary gap and performance.This paper using methods of normative research and empirical research combined,selected the data of Shenzhen small and medium plate listed companies in 2010.The research from two aspects,one is executives internal salary gap and performance of the relationship,the other is executives and employees' pay gap and performance of the relationship.The article joined the equity concentration, asset-liability ratio, region, firm size, and equity property this five control variables in order to test the context to the influence of the independent variable and the dependent variable.Meanwhile this paper joined the board of directors, executive officers degree structure level independence the two variables to test whether there are variables on internal salary gap between executives and performance relationship rise to adjust function.According to the empirical results draw a conclusion:(1) Executive pay gap, executives and employees pay gap are produced positive influence on enterprise performance, confirmed the competition theory in small and medium enterprise's salary gap between the listed company performance of the applicability of the influence.(2) The board of directors of independence between executives and executive team, the gap between the average employee compensation and corporate performances relationship rise to adjust function. The board of directors will strengthen independence improve internal team executives and executives, salary gap between ordinary employees for the positive influence on the performance of the role.(3) Executive education structure level on executive team, executives and ordinary staff between salary gap between the company and performances relationship has a regulatory role.According to the results, we puts forward the Suggestions:(1) While small and medium-sized listed enterprises in making compensation policy, should be combined with the nation of enterprise industry, the regional economic development level and employee compressive capacity, the proper enlargement pay gap to encourage employees .(2) The board of directors of the small and medium-sized enterprises should sound independence, improve the executive director in the board of directors, the proportion of the members of the board of directors for scientific selection, to ensure that the senior executives incentive and supervision.(3) Small and medium-sized enterprises in attracting talent in management can be more investigation managers level of competence.(4) Small and medium-sized enterprises should reform the income distribution structure, and optimize the small and medium enterprise governance structure...
