The Study On The Influence Of Small And Medium-sized Enterprise Technology Innovation Strategy To Enterprise Financial Performance

Small and medium-sized enterprises how to effectively carry out technical innovation,improve the success rate of the small and medium-sized enterprise technology innovation so as to achieve good business performance,is the Chinese and foreign academics and policy makers to focus on a major theoretical and practical subject.As enterprises to promote the development of market economy,want to obtain the long-term competitive advantage in the market competition,they must have through continuous research and development activities to carry out technological innovation,and technology innovation as the main direction of small and medium-sized enterprise especially.Enterprise is a for-profit economic entity,its ultimate goal is to maximize profits.Therefore,small and medium-sized enterprises need to strengthen technology innovation to improve their business performance.Technology innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises also to some extent represents the level of science and technology development of China's enterprises and the independent innovation ability,enhance the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprise core technology is an important approach to enhance China's comprehensive national strength.In this paper,the technology innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises in China by quantitative analysis and financial performance indicators,technical innovation and the correlation of enterprise financial management performance.Due to technical innovation and benefits tend to exist between the reaction time,so the performance of r&d lag inevitably,this article will also use multivariate linear regression model to explore,at the same time using modified Cobb-Douglas production function to determine the cumulative effect of technology innovation and validated.Through the study,It was found that the technological innovation investment of SMEs in China is positively related to some indicators of corporate profitability,and the continuous technological innovation investment has a positive lag and cumulative effect on corporate financial performance.For the problems found in this study,it also put forward relevant suggestions in this paper:Promoting the understanding of benefits by technological innovation from all aspects;Establish and improve the technological innovation system of enterprises;improve the disclosure system of enterprise technological innovation information.
