In the field of knowledge management,knowledge sharing is still the bottleneck problem faced by companies nowadays.In knowledge sharing activities,companies generally face two problems: one is that individuals have the willingness to share knowledge,but lack of sharing platform,or lack of sharing ability and technical support;the other is that psychological contract between employees and companies causes individual problems.There is no willingness to share knowledge.Managers need to organically integrate scientific knowledge management concepts with company development strategies,analyze the psychological and behavioral status of employees,and infiltrate ideas layer by layer,so that employees can maintain a high degree of recognition of the company's knowledge sharing activities,and be able to practise them.Under the background of the country's adjustment of energy structure,development of clean energy,and promotion of energy conservation and emission reduction,this paper selects A heating company as a case,and combines A's industry specificity,development history,technology and service,and occupational groups to demonstrate A.Based on the inductive,combing and analysis of the relevant literatures at home and abroad,the author starts from the three major elements of research(company,people and knowledge)and proposes research.Assume that the measurement scale of the relationship between design psychological contract and employee knowledge sharing behavior,through the questionnaires and interviews of 160 employees of Company A,collects first-hand data,and statistically analyzes the data with SPSS 20.0 software to test the independent variables and factors.Significant correlations between variables,verification hypotheses,and the following conclusions:The psychological contract of A company employees has a significant positive impact on knowledge sharing.In the aspect of the relationship between the dimensions of psychological contract and the dimensions of knowledge sharing: the dimensions of employee psychological contract of A company have a significant positive impact on the cognitive dimension of corporate knowledge sharing;the employee psychological contract transaction dimension and team member dimension of A company share knowledge sharing The skill dimension has a significant positive impact;the dimensions of A company employee psychological contract have a significant positive impact on the company's knowledge sharing sentiment dimension.In terms of the difference between individual variables and psychological contract and knowledge sharing: there is no significant difference between individual variables and psychological contract of A company employees;age,education and position level have significant differences in A company's knowledge sharing cognitive dimension;education and position The level has significant differences in the knowledge sharing skill dimension of Company A;the position level has significant differences in the A company's knowledge sharing sentiment dimension.Through the micro-level research on knowledge sharing,this paper summarizes the deep-seated relationship between knowledge sharing activities and changes of employees' mentality in Company A,finds out the problems existing in employee care in Company A,and puts forward corresponding management suggestions,which will help Company A better meet the psychological needs of employees,activate their own knowledge,achieve higher-level sharing,and thus improve the innovation ability of Company A.So that it can better adapt to the complex and changeable internal and external environment.
