The rapid development of knowledge-based economy and the continuous improvement of enterprise knowledge-intensive degree have turned knowledge from an extrinsic variable of economic growth into the intrinsic core factor of economic growth. It has been proved that information can be obtained by both sides along with a linear increase, all depends on knowledge sharing, and sustainable amount of knowledge sharing behaviors are believed to result in geometrical increase. The strategy of knowledge increasing becomes a core competitive advantage of organization. Thus, the individual tacit knowledge(TK) has also been identified as a more valuable resource of competition. But TK sharing activities with a high degree of microscopic, complexity and remarkable path dependence, to a certain extent, is about "people-TK-people" psychological activity of alternate process. However, if individuals do not have the motivation and willingness to share TK, the management of enterprise’s TK sharing will face many difficulties and obstacles. The main factor come from the psychological "insecurity" of individuals in the process of TK sharing activities.Due to the "selective transfer phenomenon" in knowledge sharing behavior, the knowledge receiver is inclined to seek knowledge by selecting certain knowledge sources. Thus knowledge sharing activities are always embedded in a certain social relation network, and cannot be separated from interpersonal communication and interaction. While in terms of the relationship between employees and enterprises, besides the stipulated written contract, there also consists of various informal and tacit mutual understanding and expectation unofficially and undisclosedly, that is "psychological contract(PC)". These factors also exert an influence on employees’working performance, job satisfaction and affective engagement of the enterprise. Thus, it is due to the fact that the status quo of poor performance of TK sharing caused by individuals’"insecurity" has a close link with "PC imbalance". It has been proved that building and maintaining good PC can effectively reduce the sense of "insecurity" of both employers and employees, helping to activate individuals’TK in a more flexible way and make it flow literally and share fully within the organization. Its dynamic nature can further satisfy the psychological demands of the employees and build a good "tacit platform" for knowledge sharing among the employees. Hence, the performance of TK sharing is closely associated with the PC, and to provide theoretical guidance for in-depth motivation of TK sharing activities among employees with PC plays a key role in achieving effective management of enterprises’TK sharing activities. On the basis of review on the literature and accomplishment of knowledge management and PC theory at home and abroad. It does the analysis and summary of the enterprises’ TK sharing and the concept of PC in the process of enterprises’TK sharing activities, as well as the of the problems and influence factors of enterprises’ TK. By virtue of constructing Interpretative Structure Model, the "three-dimension"of PC is introduced, this study attempts to identify the core factors that influence enterprises’ TK sharing willingness and its potential relationship with the "three-dimension" of PCIn the process of empirical analysis, it constructed the concept model and measure items about the influence of PC on enterprises’TK sharing performance, and proposes the research hypotheses. According to the statistic analysis of data collected, between the independent variable and dependent variable, the influence direction, influence degree and influence significance of variables are tested. This leads to the result that there exists an obvious link between "three-dimension" of PC and enterprises’TK sharing performance. Simultaneously, the hypotheses proposed are further verified.This study also comes up with a evaluation index system based on the enterprises’TK sharing performance of the PC types, and introduces the method of Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process, in order to deal with the vague components of evaluation and comparison on four different PC types of enterprises’TK sharing performance, reaching a conclusion that PC relation-typed of enterprises’TK sharing performance’score is the highest. Finally, this thesis utilizes the relevant ideas about the degree of viscous (strength and weakness of liquidity) of TK, and explores the classification and sharing management features of enterprises’TK from the dual perspectives from organizations and individuals, and proposes the implementation policies on promoting enterpises’TK sharing performance from the perspective of PC.Based on the research into the influence of PC on enterprises’TK sharing performance, this study discloses the deep causes on psychological process of knowledge-typed employees’ in the process of enterprises’TK sharing activities, enriches and develops incentive theories and ideas of TK management. By a series of targets, provide excellent development space for employees, and enterpises’institutional arrangements, knowledge-typed employees’deeper demands are encouraged and satisfied, and promote employees’TK sharing activities consciously and voluntarily, offering intellectual resources and system guarantee for improving the self-indenpentend innovation ability of enterprises.
