The Source Of High-impact Social Enterprise

Social Enterprise solves social problems through business way．A high-impact socialenterprise possesses the competence to change certain industry and the whole society． Over thepast decade， Beijing Fuping Domestic Service Center (BFDSC) led the transformation ofdomestic service industry and changed government policy．In order to realize the source of high-impact social enterprise， the thesis used qualitativeresearch to study BFDSC by participant observation and depth interview． The result shows thatBFDSC barely extended itself． Besides， neither its internal management nor externalrelationship is perfect． Nevertheless， it carries on social innovation from all sides， idea，organization and so on． And there always has an innovation behind its impact．It comes to the conclusion that the source of high-impact social enterprise is neither perfectinternal management nor external relationship， but sustaining social innovation．...
