The Impact Of Relational Social Capital On Innovation Performance Of The Tenants

With the rapid development of incubation business in China,a single incubator cannot meet the development needs of enterprises in the incubator.Network has gradually become the development direction of hatch industry.Incubation network provides an integrated platform for tenants to acquire external relations,which makes up the deficiency of the resources and capabilities of a single tenant.The relational social capital is considered to be one of the key elements of enterprise survival and development.The research on the relational social capital and innovation performance in incubation enterprises has become the focus of attention in academia.This paper studies the relationship of relational social capital,resource acquisition,and innovation performance.The paper is divided into five parts besides the introduction.The first part is related theories,including the domestic and foreign research on incubation network,social capital,innovation performance and resource acquisition.The second part is the theoretical framework,which analyzes the factors and main features of the relational social capital,the source and function of the resource acquisition,and the impact of relational social capital and resource acquisition on innovation performance.The third part is empirical research on the impact of relational social capital on innovation performance,including research hypothesis,data collection,questionnaire design,basic data analysis,model test and analysis and discussion of empirical research results.The fourth part is how to promote innovation performance.The fifth part is the summary and the prospect.Including summarize the main conclusions,explore areas where research can be improved,and forecast future research direction.The results indicate that relational social capital in incubated enterprises of incubation network has a significant positive effect on resource acquisition and innovation performance,the impact of trust on resource acquisition and innovation performance is greater than the impact of commitment on resource acquisition and innovation performance.Resource acquisition has a significantly positive impact on innovation performance,the impact of resource acquisition on innovation efficiency and innovation effect is similar.Resource acquisition plays a partial intermediary effect between the relational social capital and innovation performance.
