In Beijing, with the increasing demand of the maternal market, the competitionamong the market suppliers is becoming more and more intense. As a supply form inthe maternal and child market, the small physical maternal and child store is of littlecompetitiveness in the industry value chain. And its added value created in this linkcan easily flow towards other links in the industry value chain, which seriouslyrestricts its business development. It has become a problem which needs to be solvedthat how to create more value or gain more value inflows from other value-createdlinks in the industry value chain of small physical maternal and child stores.This paper is based on features of the value chain and business mode of smallphysical maternal and child store industry. By researching and analyzing the currentoperational situation of small physical maternal and child store, it analyzes and countsthe consumer preference, excavates the development space of small physical maternaland child stores. Furthermore, based on relevant theory of industry value chain andvalue chain net, it establishes interactive multi-industry value chain business modebetween the same industry value chains of small physical maternal and child store andbetween the industry value chains of small physical maternal and child store and otherrelative stores in maternal and child industry, and then states and demonstrates thismode in three dimensions: First of all, through the reconstruction of the value chainnetwork of small physical maternal and child stores, it determines the status of smallphysical maternal and child stores in its new industrial value chain and its value chainnetwork; And then, according to the position of small physical maternal and childstore in its interactive value chain network, it determines its competitive advantageswhich are different from other retailers of maternal and child products; Finally,according to the position and competitive advantages of small physical maternal andchild stores after interaction, it finds out new ways of value creation and inflowsgained in the interactive value chain network.Based on the real situation of a small physical maternal and child store located inBeijing, namely F Maternal Store, the article made an case-supported analysis on thestated interactive multi-value chain business mode theory. The analysis is stated in thefollowing three terms: background and reform demand analysis on F Maternal Store,reform scheme for F Maternal Store, value creation path for F Maternal Store undernew business modes. This article provides theoretical discussion on finding new value creation pathand value inflow path from the angle of industrial value chain theories for smallphysical maternal and child stores. The case of F Maternal Store further demonstratesthe possibility that small physical maternal and child store can carry out businessmode transformation by multi-value chain interaction, which provides theoreticalbasis for small physical maternal and child stores to find new business mode anddevelopment space in the intensive competitive environment by industrial value chaintransformation.
