Research On The Business Model Of Maternal-child Nursing Company

This paper took MB company as an example, based on those domestic and foreign related business model theories, and used the six-elements theory of Doctor Zhu wuxiang and Wei wei to give a deeply analysis on the business model of MB company. It pointed out the problems that the audience and the business positioning of the company’s existing business model is too narrow, the business system is not inadequate, the profit model is single and the cash flow structure is flawed. Next, this paper analyzed the reasons that caused these problems as the managers’perception of the business model is not clear and they do not have a sufficient research on the company’s external environment, and proposed the suggestions to improve it. (1) reposition MB company according to its external environment. (2) restructure MB company’s business system. (3) draw new value network (4) improve the managing ability of the stakeholders to organize the key resources (5) increase the source of income in order to make the profit model diversification (6) improve the structure of cash flow to achieve light-asset operation (7)enhance the company value. At last, the paper pointed the main problems that the company faces and the solutions to ensure the implantation of the business model after reconstruction.This paper provides a reference for the business model of maternal-child nursing industry enterprises, and it has a reference value for the development of the enterprise.
