Research On Construction And Evaluation Of Green Degree Of H Enterprise's Green Supply Chain

With the rapid development of social economy,the problem of resource depletion,environmental pollution,ecological imbalance has become even more severe,which makes the enterprise to improve the supply chain management mode and implement green supply chain management.TFT-LCD panel production enterprise as a member of the electronic information industry,which is a typical consumption,serious pollution enterprise,and implementation of green supply chain management is imperative.In the implementation of the green supply chain management,the impact of the environment is an important issue to be considered.Therefore,on the basis of this,the study on the evaluation of green degree of H enterprise's green supply chain is great significant to follow-up and immediate feedback.The analysis is applied to H enterprise's original supply chain from two aspects of operation process and management model,and it is found that there are three problems in the original supply chain management: information is not smooth and asymmetric,lack of environmental protection,and lack of performance evaluation in the control process.These problems lead to the green degree of each link's of H enterprise's supply chain management is not high.Therefore,it is very important to build a green supply chain management model which is suitable for H enterprise.In this paper,H enterprise as the research object,and combined with the domestic and international green supply chain theory and the research results of the actual case,and the H enterprise's green supply chain construction and evaluation of green degree were studied.Using the IDEF0 method to establish the function model of green supply chain management of H enterprise,and make analysis of the specific content of each management links involved,so it is easy to clear the relationship between the various management links,also including their implementation of the content,and it can effectively enhance the H enterprise's green supply chain management and implementation of environmental benefits,and accelerate the overall efficiency of the green supply chain.And at the beginning of the implementation of green supply chain management of H enterprise,on the basis of each management link,using AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to evaluate green degree of supply chain,and to find the relatively links of the implementation process,which can facilitate the management of continuing and follow-up.In addition,the corresponding security measures are proposed to facilitate the implementation of content of each management link.
