Under the current international environment of economic integration, any largeenterprises cannot do alone all the business, unless they must combine their upstreamand downstream enterprise to complete a full course of business collaboratively. Thecompetition among enterprises is most reflected in the supply chain competition.However, with economic and social development, the uncertainties factors faced withsupply chain management would constantly increase. And that is one of manychallenges which the enterprises must face. Therefore, the supply chain riskmanagement is an important issue, which is the focus of scientific research and haswith strong practical significance.Based on the theory of rough set and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the articlehas a research of the supply chain risk, including identifying factors and constructingthe evaluation system, which carried out in-depth study of the supply chain risk with astrong practical value. First, the thesis explains some topics about the background,purpose and significance of the study and research. Secondly, the current study relatedsupply chain risks and rough set theory are reviewed. Then, the article has theintroduction of supply chain risk identification methods and built the assessmentindex system. It combines fuzzy theory and rough set theory to build the supply chainrisk assessment model. Finally, though the empirical analysis of an enterprise in Hebei,it analyzes the current business status of the supply chain for the company, whichbuilds a complete, scientific and comprehensive supply chain risk assessment systemto provide a reference.
