Facing market competition and rapidly changing market demands, enterprises arepushed by shorter delivery time, quality improving, cost reduction and serviceimproving pressure, which forced suppliers, manufacturers, distributors and retailersto cooperate together. Thus, Supply Chain Management, as the network connectingsuppliers, manufacturers, distributors and retailers, from raw materials into finalproducts, became a focus by enterprises and scholars. Most electronic products arehigh-tech products. Short life cycle time, frequent replacement, uncertain demandcaused great difficulties for inventory control.Collaborative Planning Forecasting and Replenishment merged from manymanagement methods to match above demand. This management model not simplychanged management model based on collaborative, but reflected a new managementidea. It can achieve lower operating costs and improve production efficiency goals,also it brought achievements on customer service levels and market competitiveness.This thesis focus on the zero-inventory management and CPFR implement ofMOTOROLA. Discussing the procedure, this thesis gave the effective method andidea how to achieve the zero-inventory management and CPFR implement. Taking thelogical sequence “proposed problem, analyze problem, solve the problem”, using acombination of empirical and theoretical analysis, empirical and comparative analysis,static and dynamic analysis to research. Also combined the working experience toanalyze the supply chain management optimization. In this thesis, some problems areproposed, and some suggestions are given through case study and analyze, providinga guidance and reference to other enterprises.
