Establishment And Application Of Comprehensive Quality Management System In Company W

At present, our country has entered a new era with continuously growing degrees ofindustrialization, marketization, internalization and informatization, and is constantlyexposed to increasingly fierce competition in the global market, especially in theaspects of confrontation with market risks (trade barriers) and resources environment.The only way leading the enterprise to high quality management levels as well assticking the products to the high-end international market is to introduce and drawadvanced experiences and modules from international practices. The enterprise canestablish an advanced and precise quality management system up to the internationalstandards.The products of Company W can be applied in production of medicine, foodstuffand feedstuff. As a result, the enterprise is overwhelmed by various certifications andrelated second-party or third-party audits. Therefore, it is of most significance for thecompany that how to establish a whole set of highly-efficient comprehensive qualitymanagement system covering medicine, foodstuff and feedstuff which candynamically integrate the contents of ISO14001, GMP, HACCP, FAMI-QS and otherrelated systems, with the ISO9001as the basic framework. Based on the one-by-onestudies and horizontal comparisons of the above-mentioned individual qualitymanagement systems, in combination with the analysis on the actual situation inCompany W, this paper proposes corresponding solutions and countermeasures andachieves innovations in corporate management.This paper first introduces the related information on the theory of qualitymanagement systems, elaborates the implication, basic thoughts and goals of qualitymanagement, and studies the relevant development at home and abroad regardingquality management. Secondly, the current situation of quality management systemsin Company W is analyzed, so that the existing problems are found out in theoperating quality management system. Then a comprehensive quality managementsystem module for Company W is worked out, and a triune comprehensivemanagement system integrating “medicine, foodstuff, and feedstuff” is establishedwith the ISO9001quality management system as the supporting system, so as tosimplify and avoid the establishment of duplicate systems and to realize managementefficiency. The integrated management system incorporates all management control factors such as medicine, foodstuff, feedstuff, quality, environment, safety, socialresponsibilities, etc. At last, the implementation effectiveness of the proposedcomprehensive quality management system in Company W is evaluated.
