The Study Of Project Management Optimization In ZJ Architectural Design Institute

Project management in enterprise overall management level of ascension,the enhancement enterprise core competitive ability,promote enterprise from multiple aspects,such as scientific standardization work has played an important role in promoting.Along with economic and social development and the change of the enterprise itself,the traditional project management mode faces many challenges,especially in a single project management to give priority to gradually shift for project management pattern,which requires enterprise project management ideas and measures also have a big change.In this context,the establishment of a sound and perfect project management system is of great significance to the future development of ZJ architectural design institute.Based on the related theories of project management,this paper analyzes the current domestic and foreign environment of project management in architectural design industry.After that,systematic study of ZJ architectural design institute project management status,analysis of the ZJ architectural design institute project management problems,and the deep-seated reasons for these problems have been studied.Thereafter,aiming at the problems existing in the project management of ZJ Architectural Design Institute,the concrete strategies of project management optimization of ZJ Architectural Design Institute were studied.Finally,in order to make the project management effective use and play its effectiveness,this paper analyzes the ZJ architecture design institute project management optimization strategy implementation measures.This paper is combining project management theory analysis and analyzing the current situation and problems of project management in architectural design industry,and put forward some new viewpoints.Combining the actual situation of what ZJ architectural design institute,analyzes the concrete problems in project management,many problemsare in combination with the practical situation of the enterprise to do concrete analysis,have certain innovation.In a word,this paper studies the management of architectural design project,which not only plays a guiding role in the efficient implementation of design projects,but also has some significance for improving the theory of project management.
