Study On Different Supply Management Based On Structural Suppliers’ Common Material Classification

The development of Aviation is the typical image of national industry and technology which is also named as “the flower of the modern industry” and “the jewel of the modern manufacturing business.” The national civil program is in the phase of researching.The “Main Manufacturing-supplier” model is taken in the supplier chain management;the frame supplier is the strategic partner.During the progress of the project,the frame supplier complained a lot on the purchasing(include the high purchase cost、long delivery time、low availability、bad service)which effects the delivery。The Main manufacturing cooperation hopes to solve the sub-contracting problem by adopting the concentrating procurement.The article takes the domestic-made civil aircraft as the research subject by analyzing the difference of the civil aircraft project and the other business project、the characteristic of the researching-phase、 the relationship between the main manufacturer and the structure supplier、the SWOT analyze of the different purchasing model.It builds the evaluation index system based on the four motivation of procurement.By analyzing the four effected parts-quality、lead-time、cost and risk,it refines the evaluation index system and build the evaluation matrix.Based on the above research,using the method of cluster analysis method with Matlab and Kraljic matrix model to analyze the purchase historical numbers,the four categories are classified on the structural supplier common material which are: Strategic material、Leverage material、non-critical material and bottleneck material.The paper is continue to tell the specific feature of the four categories,find the appropriate purchase model、inventory method and supplier relation management way and check the expected effect of the two ways.The writer here would like to give the suggestion and academic method for the ally of “Main manufacturer and Jet-frame/structure supplier” procurement,to apply on looking for a special Chinese Civil Aircraft supplier chain optimization.
