Application Research On A Company New Product Development Project Scheduling Management

The optimized project schedule planning is morescientific and reliable than previous in the whole project management, has a guidingsignificance.Finally according to the actual operation situation in iBLU project, put forward the use ofcritical chain project management to manage new project development progress, the main taskis to the introduction of risk assessment, management mechanism, avoid any potential risksimpact to the entire project.
