Research For Project Management Based On CCPM

Progress management,as an important part of aerospace project management,directly affects whether the space type project can guarantee the successful launching of the launch according to the deadline.It is an important embodiment of the command system management effectiveness of the two division of the model project.As the domestic research and research units still have a lot of shortcomings in the progress management,there is a general delay phenomenon in the model project.Therefore,the methods and means of progress management need to be improved and optimized continuously.For example,the project schedule planning,the WBS(Work Breakdown Structure),the progress process control method and so on.In view of the situation,this article carries on the research and analysis to the current situation of the project management of the hyperspectral camera subsystem based on the affiliated institutes of Chinese Academy of Sciences.First,according to the characteristics of the hyperspectral camera subsystem project,we comb out the contents and priorities of each stage of the project,and find out the problems in the project schedule management.Secondly,through the analogous analysis of the theory and method of schedule management,it is found that the critical chain management method can overcome the shortcomings of traditional management methods,and study the theory of critical chain management method.Finally,through the study and calculation method of the critical chain management method,combining the characteristics of space project management,the critical chain management method is proposed on the basis of "time compression rate" concept,and the hyperspectral camera project in single signal processor and the entire project schedule as the object,use the the calculation method of duration compression rate,to solve the practical problems of hyperspectral camera model of project schedule management.At the same time,the Gantt chart based on WBS work breakdown is generated,which has better practical value after matching the logical relationship of tasks,and then provides an effective strategy and method for project schedule management,which provides reference for domestic aerospace project management.
