Research On Influence Of Villagers Correlation Degree To The Will Of Peasant Household Land Transfer

Rural problem has always been the key problems of development and reform in China.With the continuous development of rural society and the degree of marketization, theexternal social capital into rural, under the impact of economic and political system reform,China’s rural village order is deconstructing and reorganizing, acquaintances societygradually disintegrated, cohesion falling rapidly, the traditional cooperative behaviorchanged, to some extent influence the development of the rural society and the reform ofland system. Rural land system is the basic economic system, but affects the rural socialdevelopment and the social order. Land transfer as the key part of the rural land system,must respect farmers’ will. When farmers involved in land transfer, as a member of thevillage society, the behavior and will of the farmers certainly be affected by the geopoliticalrelations, blood relationship, the relationship of the authority and obedience, etc. Theserelationships formed a village social network, the density of the network can becharacterized with villagers correlation degree. To a certain extent, the villagers correlationdegree directly affect the willingness of peasant household land transfer, and thus affect thedegree of agricultural scale operation and benefits. Innovative from the view of sociology,this article put forward the concept of the villagers correlation degree, and from theemotional, cognitive relationship, economic relationship, action related to build thetheoretical system of villagers. Using social network analysis software UCINET measuresample village villagers correlation, as well as the willingness of peasant household landtransfer. By researching the villagers correlation and the willingness of peasant householdland transfer at the Shangzhuang villager, hypothesized study, through the establishment ofthe villagers correlation with the willingness of peasant household land transfer analysisof structural equation model to verify assumption, the influence of villagers correlationdegree to the willingness of peasant household land transfer were analyzed.Through research, obtains the following conclusions:(1) To a certain extent the villagers correlation degree is a good way to measure avillage villagers’ social connection degree. Through social network analysis softwareUCINET, villagers correlation degree of ShangZhuang village is measured: ShangZhuangvillage’s overall network consistency is67.7307, emotional associations consistency is23.7862, associated cognitive consistency is28.5638, economic relation consistency is18.8633, action associated consistency is22.9717, ShangZhuang village villagers in cognitive has high consistency, economic association relative is the lowest; Five villagersgroup of villagers correlation were72.5799,73.4804,65.5563,67.3488,59.6879,2groupsof villagers highest correlation, the strongest action consistency, villagers relative to theunity. ShangZhuang village villagers in higher cognitive consistency to drive theconsistency of the villagers operation;(2) Under the background of urbanization and the development of modern agriculture,state support for land transfer policy and propaganda to obviously improve the farmers’willingness to transfer, they will more consider economic, social, emotional, politicalrelated factors of the comprehensive effect. Farmers in the land transfer, will consider thetransfer of risk, in order to avoid the risk, he will see the highly respected in the village, andturnover has opinions and suggestions; When making decision of land transfer,interpersonal trust also has played a very important role, when choosing the transferee ofland farmers tend to choose trust higher transferee; timely and effectively to find thetransferee of trust is also a conditionality factors affecting willingness of peasant householdland transfer;(3) The will of peasant household land transfer was influenced by the villagerscorrelation, from different dimensions to the willingness of peasant household land transferhas played a positive role in improving the villagers correlation degree. It can improve thewillingness of peasant household land transfer, promote the land transfer efficiency andreduce the transaction costs and risks of land transfer.Through structural equation model, the emotional connection to the willingness ofpeasant household land transfer coefficient is0.18, the influence of cognitive relevance tothe willingness of peasant household land transfer coefficient is0.56, the influence of theeconomic relationship to the willingness of peasant household land transfer coefficient is0.26, the influence of action related to the willingness of peasant household land transferinfluence coefficient is0.42.Cognitive relevance to the willingness of peasant household land transfer is mostaffect, Actions related to the influence of the willingness of peasant household land transferis opposite largest，Economic relationship to the willingness of peasant household landtransfer is opposite less, The influence of emotion association of the willingness of peasanthousehold land transfer is the least among the dimensions.Thus promoting the land transfer drives the land scale management and developmodern agriculture, So much attention and give play to the role of village elite leading. On the one hand, to propagandize the villagers the land transfer policy he could bring economicbenefits, establish a farmer cooperative organization by organizing the ordering,supplemented by the villagers correlation between the original system of the villagers,efficiently combined with an system and non-systematic,combining the interpersonal trustand contractual trust, it could be strengthen the villagers action consistency and unity, toavoid the "free rider" behavior of collective action, on the other hand, the governmentshould further perfect the relevant policy of land transfer and the farmers’ social securitypolicy, safeguard farmers’ production and living.
