Study On Rural Development From The Perspective Of Villagers' Assocation

Since the beginning of the new century,problems such as relatively backward economic development,population outflow and abandonment of arable land,space decay and environmental pollution have arisen in rural areas of China.Therefore,our country puts forward the strategy of rural rejuvenation and development,and points out that farmers should be the main body to promote the overall development of rural areas.In view of this,from the perspective of villagers' association,this paper "embeds" the process of rural development into the process of villagers' social network changes.Through interviews,questionnaires,structural equation model and correlation weight method,this paper explores rural development issues and puts forward strategies,with a view to providing reference for similar rural development practices in Xiaopo Village and other areas.This paper is mainly divided into two parts.The first part is the basic analysis,which combs the concept and connotation of villagers' Association and rural development,and analyses the relationship between villagers' Association and rural development.The second part is the empirical analysis,combing and analyzing the development process of Xiaopo Village and the correlation degree of villagers,and analyzing the correlation between the two,putting forward the existing problems in the development of Xiaopo Village.Finally,a bottom-up rural development strategy is put forward from the point of view of meeting the villagers' behavioral logic and respecting their needs.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Villagers' association degree is in the middle level as a whole;among the four dimensions,the emotional association degree score is the highest,but the emotional association of the younger generation is lower;the economic association degree score is the lowest,which is not conducive to economic interaction and economic cooperation among villagers;the cognitive association and Action Association score is in the middle level.In the cognitive association aspect,the villagers' contradictory mentality towards the village cadres makes it possible for them to have the lowest score.The influence and appeal of village cadres are weaker than before;in the aspect of action connection,villagers have higher consistency of action without involving their own interests,but their collective action ability is weaker when involving their own interests.(2)In the process of Xiaopo Village's development,the changes of villagers' Association show the following characteristics: firstly,the emotional connection between villagers gradually weakens;secondly,the economic connection has been relatively low and tends to be rational;thirdly,the cognitive connection shows the characteristics of first increasing and then decreasing;fourthly,the action connection shows two-sided characteristics.(3)From the perspective of villagers' association,the development of Xiaopo Village has the following problems: firstly,the weak sense of villagers' cooperation restricts the transformation of agricultural production mode;secondly,the villagers' sense of belonging and identity to the village is weak,and the degree of social order and organization of the village is low;thirdly,the distribution of rural space is decentralized,and public space is gradually declining;fourthly,the villagers' sense of environmental protection is weak.Understanding is poor,and the overall ecological environment of the village is affected.(4)From the perspective of villagers' association,Xiaopo Village's development strategies are as follows: in the aspect of economic development,we should build a community of villagers' interests,promote the transformation of industrial development mode and cultivate new professional farmers;in the aspect of space utilization,we should optimize living space and rationally allocate production space;in the aspect of social culture,we should improve the rural governance system,rationally support infrastructure and public services.In terms of ecological environment,we should build an ecological pattern,protect the existing production and living environment,and make a unified planning and layout of rural landscape.
