Farmland circulation is of great significance to solve the problem of decentralized management and low utilization rate of farmland, and to optimize the allocation of arable land and labor resources and realize agricultural modernization.Peasant household is the contracted operator of farmland. As the subject of farmland circulation, the willingness of peasant household influence the process of farmland circulation.Through the understanding of different types of farmers of the difference in the willingness to transfer farmland and in-depth analysis of its impact factors,in order to improve the enthusiasm of farmers to land transfer, and promote the process of rural land transfer smoothly.Taking Biqu village in the South of the Taiyue Mountain as an example, the peasant households as the basic unit of the research,on the basis of collating the related literature, the Land property right theory, the rational farmer hypothesis and the agricultural scale management theory as the theoretical basis, the combination of the normative analysis and the empirical analysis, the qualitative analyses and the quantitative analysis methods,By using the logistic regression model of two classification dependent variables, the paper empirically analyzes the factors that affect the farmers' arable land transfer intention. This paper studies the direction and degree of the influence of various livelihood capital and its index value on the inflow and outflow of farmland in different types of households. The findings are as follows:(1)On the whole, the proportion of farmers willing to inflow and outflow of arable land is not more than half, the proportion of farmers willing to flow into the farmland is higher than the proportion of farmers who are willing to outflow farmland, and the imbalance between supply and demand.(2)There are differences in the livelihood capital of different types of farmers. The livelihood capital value of agricultural farmers is lower than that of non-agricultural farmers.Among all kinds of livelihood capital, only natural capital is higher thannon-agricultural farmers, the other livelihood capitals are lower than non-agricultural farmers.(3)Various livelihood capital and its index value have obvious difference to the direction and influence degree of the intention of farmland inflow and outflow of different types of farmers. The social capital of agricultural farmers is not significant to the intention of farmland inflow, the other capitals have significant influence;besides financial capital, the remaining livelihood capitals have positive influence on the inflow of farmland;the influence of material capital and social capital on the outflow of farmland is not significant, and the remaining capitals have significant influence;in addition to financial capital, the impact of the remaining subsistence capitals on the transfer of arable land is negative. The social capital of non-agricultural farmers has no significant influence on the intention of farmland inflow, the influence of the remaining capitals is significant, the influence of each livelihood capital on the inflow of arable land is negative;the influence of natural capital, material capital and social capital on the outflow of arable land is not significant, the remaining capital influence is obvious, and the influence of each livelihood capital on the outflow of farmland is positive. Finally, the paper puts forward the corresponding suggestions to promote the reasonable circulation of farmland contracted by farmers.
