In the era of knowledge constantly updated, in order to enhance thecompetitiveness of enterprises, more and more enterprises pay attention to training.In order to understand the effect of training, enterprises need to conduct theassessment of training effectiveness. The assessment of training effectiveness is anindispensable link in the training. Implementation of training effectivenessevaluation could help enterprises to understand the success or failure of training,and find deficiencies in the training, so as to improve the training plan and improvethe quality of training. At present, many enterprises in China have not yet fullyunderstand the importance of training effectiveness evaluation. Trainingeffectiveness evaluation is considered to be a waste of time, manpower and money.Even some enterprises carry out training effectiveness evaluation; they have not yetestablished a comprehensive training effectiveness evaluation system.The paper chooses Qiqihar No.2Machine Tool Co., Ltd as the research object.In a review of domestic and international related literatures on the models oftraining effectiveness evaluation, the indicators of training effectiveness evaluationand the methods of training effectiveness evaluation, the paper analyses thecharacteristics of staffs and staff training in Qiqihar No.2Machine Tool Co., Ltd. Itdescribes the current situation of staff training effectiveness evaluation in QiqiharNo.2Machine Tool Co., Ltd. It analyses the major problems and causes about stafftraining effectiveness evaluation in Qiqihar No.2Machine Tool Co., Ltd. Throughthe comparative analysis of main models of training effectiveness evaluation, thepaper selects Kirkpatrick assessment model as the main model which assesses thestaff training effectiveness of Qiqihar No.2Machine Tool Co., Ltd. On the base ofKirkpatrick assessment model, from the four levels of reaction, learning, behavior,result, the paper constructs the index system of staff training effectivenessevaluation of Qiqihar No.2Machine Tool Co., Ltd. The paper uses analytichierarchy process to determine the index weight, selects fuzzy comprehensiveevaluation method as a quantitative method of evaluating the staff trainingeffectiveness of Qiqihar No.2Machine Tool Co., Ltd, and establishes thecomprehensive assessment model which evaluates staff training effectiveness inQiqihar No.2Machine Tool Co., Ltd. An applied research is conducted by the comprehensive assessment model. In order to ensure the effective conduct of stafftraining effectiveness evaluation of Qiqihar No.2Machine Tool Co., Ltd, the paperfinally puts forward the safeguard measures from the four aspects of organization,resources, culture and process, management mechanism. This study has importantguiding significance for Qiqihar No.2Machine Tool Co., Ltd to improve stafftraining effectiveness evaluation, and provides reference for other enterprises inChina to carry out staff training effectiveness evaluation.
