Research On Application Of Enterprise Informatization Based On Enterprise Capability

Enterprise informatization is the foundation of the national economy, which directly is related to the smooth implementation of the national development strategy and the sustainable development of the national economy. At present, the enterprise informatization of our country is still at a relatively lower level, so it's of great significance for improving the level of the enterprise informatization that we study the implementation of theory and methods.From the perspective of the enterprises ability to study the implementation of enterprise informatization, the enterprise informatization is intended to enhance the ability of enterprises, and the implementation of enterprise informatization is a corresponding need to ensure the enterprise capacity.The thesis firstly introduces the background, the research of the domestic and international condition, the main content and the method of study. According to the theory of the enterprises capability, enterprises in essence is a complex capacity system, and the enterprises capability determines the activities of the enterprise business. The author discuss the effect of the informatization for the enterprise capability from the strategic level, the level of management, the level of resources and the level of technology. And we think that the implementation of enterprise informatization requires the good match of the enterprise capability. We focus on the study of the six capability elements of the implementation of enterprise informatization, that is strategic planning capacity, the leadership, the management capabilities of change, the corporate culture, professionals of information technology and the foundation of the business information. Then we establish an evaluation index system of the implementation capacity of the enterprises informatization to evaluate the capacity of the current business informatization and the inadequate implementation. Finally we propose some strategies to strengthen the development of information technology, that is the establishment of organizations to strengthen information security system of leadership, the improvement of the capability of change management, the shape of the culture of enterprises in line with the informatization, the establishment of the training mechanism of the information personnel and the upgrading of the basis capabilities of the implementation of information technology. We hope these strategies can provide some useful help for the implementation of enterprises informatization.Finally, a case of the implementation of an enterprise informatization is illustrated to confirm the theory.
