In our country,this kind of business model of supermarket chain starts in the early 1990 s,now the size supermarket chain retail enterprises throughout the country across the urban and rural areas.Especially since China's WTO entry,foreign supermarkets such as Walmart,Carrefour,seven eleven,etc join in the domestic market.at the same time,the domestic supermarket chain is emerging and booming,such as vanguard,park in everyone familiar with domestic retail enterprises.Because the supermarket chain of human resource management started late,and restricted by many factors,many supermarket chain,human resources management,it will has some problems in practice.In this paper,combining the characteristics of the human resources of supermarket chain,analysis the present situation of human resources management of J,a supermarket chain.The study in modern human resource management mode as the basic theoretical,for there are some problems exist in the process of human resource management of J supermarket chain,from firing employees,employee loyalty evaluation,diversification of management of human resource management innovation were put forward.For J supermarket chain problems in human resources management to put forward the innovation management measures,for J supermarket chain has trained and energetic staff to improve human resource management problems,so as to realize scientific management put forward the corresponding rationalization proposal.
