Study On The Application Of The Training Evaluation Model And Method In The Enterprise

As a basic means of human resource development, training is the key link to realize the value of human capital and the foundation to ascend the enterprise’s ability.Training evaluation,as an important part of the whole training system, can ensure the integrity of the whole cycle system and helps controling the training cost, inscertaining training yield and improving training programs. Thus it gets more and more enterprise’s attention. But there are some problems in the process of training evaluation, such as the assessment being not comprehensive, single evaluation method, inadequate quantitative index and so on.The imperfect training evaluation model and method are closely related. The research of training evaluation model and method is a major problem to be solved in training and human resources development.Based on Kirkpatrick Four Level Evaluation Model, Phillips Five Level ROI Model and CIPP Evaluation Model and absorbing Hamblin Five Level Evaluation Model and Kaufman Five Level Evaluation Model, the author attempts to combine the advantage of Hierarchy Evaluation Model and Process Evaluation Model and develops a new evaluation model,which contains three stages and twelve elements. And through the establishment of the index system of the three stages,training evaluation method system is discussed.Considering the guidance of theory, this training evaluation model and method is applicated in a state-owned oil company. Through the empirical analysis, operability and applicability of this model and method is trailed and suggestions for the oilfield company’s training program are put forward. According to the characteristics of the training of their own enterprises, managers can draw lessons from the model and method system to develop a more feasible scheme.All in all, on the basis of theoretical research and the problems existing in domestic enterprise training evaluation, the author established the new training evaluation model and method system to propel enterprise training evaluation theory research and practical operation.
