The Research Of Knowledge Sharing System Design For GOE Department In Company D

In this thesis, before the establishment of Knowledge Sharing DatabaseSystem which based on SharePoint2010platform, it includes knowing theactual job duties of GOE department in D Company, in-depth understandingof current knowledge sharing in D Company and GOE department, analysisthe unique knowledge sharing needs because of the NPI projectmanagement, review main academic research and best practices aboutknowledge management. The knowledge sharing database system has an ITplatform and specific method, process, motivation program and a specialistwho responsible for maintaining the whole system. It will contribute toknowledge accumulation and sharing, increase the productivity and low theoperation cost of GOE department.The first chapter of this thesis introduces the background and relativeconcepts about the research, proposed the needs in knowledge sharing methods and tools. Second chapter reviews the history of knowledgemanagement, briefed the theoretical and practical studies in domestic andforeign countries. In chapter three, dig out the particular needs ofknowledge management in GOE department through the analysis of currentstatue. Fourth chapter describes the design of the knowledge sharing ITplatform. Fifth chapter describes the methods, processes and motivationprogram which support IT platform. The last chapter is a summary andprospect.
