Open Innovation Network Community Model Construction And Evaluation Research

Enterprise must seek cooperation fromexternal access to resources and technology effectively. Therefore, open innovationhas gradually become the dominant mode of enterprise innovation. And networkcommunity can help enterprises Integrate and use external information and resources.Enterprises can make full use of open innovation network community and innovatequickly and effectively.This thesis sets the open innovation community network as a research objectiveand uses a variety of theories and research methods to carry out the research work.First, this thesis analyzes four parts of the open innovation community networks toexplore its overall structure, including participating members, participating role,communication platform and value specification. Second, after studying the mainparticipants collaborate and share resources, this thesis sets up the concept model ofopen innovation network community and analyzes the function mechanism of model.Third, based on the theory and method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, this thesisestablishes innovation ability evaluation index system and comprehensive evaluationmodel of open innovation network community. Then through example investigationand empirical research, this thesis put forward some corresponding recommendationsand suggestions for enterprises.
