| Pay satisfaction is an important factor affecting turnover intention. This studyanalyzes the dimensions of pay satisfaction adapted to our retail enterprises by exploratoryfactor, and the differentiated impact of personal characteristics variables on pay satisfactionby ANOVA. Then verify the significant impact of pay satisfaction and personalcharacteristics variables on turnover intention by founding multiple linear regression model.The results show:1.The dimensions of pay satisfaction include pay level, benefits, paystructure and administration.2. Education has significant differences influence on the paylevel satisfaction, pay structure and administration satisfaction.3. Pay level, benefits, paystructure and administration, age, position have a significant negative impact on turnoverintention, and education has significant positive impact on turnover intention. However,gender and year have no significant impact on turnover intention. Finally, according to theresults, provide some advices to improve the pay satisfaction, and reduce turnoverintention. For example, reflect the distribution of education, establish fair and opendistribution system, and improve the benefits system. |
