Today, the Chinese economy is in the period of structural and growthreadjustment while consuming the earlier policies of stimulating. Against thisbackground, the I/S industry, as the important role of the national economy,is facing many problems caused by the high speed growth earlier such asover capacity, irrational structure, high debt ratio, inadequate investment inenvironmental protection, low industrial centralizing, backward marketingmode. In2012the problems started to break out and led to the tight credit andlower profitability of the steel companies. This paper aims to analyze theinternal conditions and external environment to formulate the marketingdevelopment strategy and improve the policy validity so to provide a usefulreference similar enterprises collectivize development.This paper take the step of case analysis, combines theory and practicalbased on the theories of economy, product strategy, marketing, businessmanagement. Propose new ideas for the implement of marketing strategiesfor large companies through the data and chart. Formulate the basiccompetition strategy as well as general development strategy for largecompanies.HBIS adopted large company general development strategy. Withpractical situation, the paper formulates the safeguard measures for theimplement of strategy from the aspects of marketing framework, channel marketing and product marketing practice and proposes the ways ofmarketing development for the large scale company...
