As China’s economics kept developing stably, the China’s privatewealth grew very fast simultaneously. China’s private wealth held byhousehold was the largest in Asia Pacific, excluding Japan, and the fourthlargest in the world. However, China’s wealth management market remainslargely a mass market, with little client segmentation and sophisticatedproduct and service differentiation. The AIX wealth management companyaccomplished some good performance in these years, but also encounteredsome big barriers because of the intense competition from the various marketparticipants include banks, insurance companies, and mutual fundmanagement companies and so on.This paper aims to provide some worthful suggestions to the AIX on thestrategy development to help AIX keep growing. The author analyzed theenvironment by using the PEST model, analyzed the competition environment by using the Michael Porter’s Five Forces Model, and carried onthe detailed definition on the strengths, weakness, opportunities and threatsand then using the SWOT Model to make final analysis.The development strategy of AIX company can be applied is theintegrated strategy based on the consideration both on the competition fromthe market and on the real situation in the organization. Finally, the authorgives some practical advices to organization to make sure the integratedstrategy can be followed, such as marketing strategy and statistics,organization culture building, innovation of management mode, humanresource management and internal learning culture building.
