The "new economy" has become the background of modern enterprise management.Enterprises are faced with a series of changes in economy,technology,and capital.Especially in the era of information technology and the Internet,the pressure on enterprises has suddenly increased.Shenzhen Bao Li An Industrial Co.,Ltd.mainly provided hardware product service for mold design and processing at the beginning of its establishment.With the acceleration of China's integration into the global economic environment and the control of the country's macroeconomic policies,the price of major raw material steel products has risen sharply in 2007,the reduction of the export tax rebate rate,the continuous appreciation of the RMB followed by the impact of the national environment,and the increase in labor costs.As a result,Shenzhen Bao Li An Industrial Co.,Ltd.has been involved in the hardware industry and die-cut adhesive products of smart phone FPC flexible printed circuit boards since 2007,and the flexible printed circuit board business has been well developed.This paper takes the research object of Shenzhen Bao Li An Co.,Ltd.to study the company's development strategy.Firstly,it elaborates the research background and significance of the thesis,as well as the theoretical basis,literature review and the research contents and methods.Secondly,we use PEST and SWOT analysis method to analyze the external environment of Shenzhen Bao Li An Industrial Co.,Ltd.,and analyzes the industry environment with related models to identifies the opportunities and threats brought by the external environment.At the same time,the company's internal environment,including resources and capabilities,was analyzed in a more comprehensive manner,so as to excavate its own advantages and analyze the company's weaknesses.Combining the company's development strategy vision and goals to select the appropriate competition strategy,determining the company's future development strategy is product concentration strategy,and then discuss the specific implementation path of related products,and the company should re-integrate the related product business,focusing on the FPC flexible printed circuit board market segmentation.At last,this paper suggest that the company ensure the further development of the company by establishing technical guarantees,improving human resources management and strengthening corporate culture.The purpose of this paper is to provide guidance for the further development of the Shenzhen Baolian Co.,Ltd.by studying the development strategy of it,and provide reference for the future development strategy of other companies.
