Study On The Ecological Philosophy Of Urban-rural Integration Mode

Ecological city，as a completely new conception of urbanization in the21stcentury, advocates that we should view the relationship between the city andecological environment based on the systematic theory. Nowadays, with thecontinuous acceleration of economic globalization, both the number and the scale ofthe cities expand. This has made city to be a very important subsystem among thewhole earth system. The mode of urban development not only affect the local people’swork and life, but also a country and even the future of the earth. Therefore, urbandevelopment must be sustainable, efficient, healthy and ecological.Through combing the domestic and foreign relevant theoretical contexts ofecological city and the urban and rural integration, this article summarizes thehistorical experience of ecological city construction, and systematically demonstratesthe possibility of ecological city as the only way for urban and rural integration fromthe aspect of ecological philosophy, and take YinJi town, in XiangYang city, Hubeiprovince as an example for case analysis. The author thinks that YinJi town hasadvantage in natural environment and community construction. As one of the firstbatch of24demonstration villages and towns in Hubei province, it boosts acomprehensive modernization. During the process of urban and rural integration, ithas both the internal and external conditions of constructing the ecological city. Basedon the comprehensive analysis of all advantages and disadvantages during the processof integration of urban and rural construction of YinJi town, this article analyzes anddemonstrates the necessity and feasibility of building it into a "garden city" during theprocess of constructing urban and rural integration, so as to put forward thecorresponding strategies and measures to speed up the construction of YinJi town as anew garden city during the process of urban and rural integration.The basic idea of this study and the main conclusions are as follows:First, from the perspective of the theory of evolution of the ecological city of gardencity, industrial revolution Howard "garden city" theory to the direction of theconstruction of ecological city of the21st century and the establishment of various construction goal, embodies the human understanding of urban development andurbanization.Second, Yin sets township in transition to become the process of ecologicalgarden city, the natural environment, social and urban and rural construction as awhole has advantages, but there is limited land utilization rate is low, developmentfinancing way, uneven distribution of the public service facilities, organizationmanagement pattern is relatively backward, the integration of urban and rural policylack of disadvantage, should give full play to its advantages, and actively in the faceof unfavorable factors, to seek the solution and avoid risk.Third, relying on the ecological city construction goal, and combined with theactual situation, Yin sets township construction of the "rural" new measures include:guided by the scientific concept of development, fully realize the necessity ofecological city construction; Emphasizes the principle of ecological priority, to carryout the overall planning of urban-rural integration construction; Bigger and strongerpillar industry, raise the overall strength of the city; Optimization of urban publicinfrastructure, build good relationship between urban and rural areas; Integration ofpublic resources, the promotion of township collective economic growth; Buildefficient impartial and honest government, enhance the level of urban comprehensivetreatment.
