Safety And Quality Impact Factor Analysis And Management Strategies Study Of Shaanxi Province Rural Housing

China’s economic sustained and rapid growth since the reform and opening up,overall national strength and people’s lives improved significantly. However, thedevelopment of China’s social problems are still outstanding, there is still a big gapbetween rich and poor. With the deepening of reform, from the earliest to solve the“Problems about Agriculture, Rural areas and Peasantry” to building a moderatelyprosperous society, to now building a new socialist countryside, the government has putmore effort to solve rural problems. Rural housing is an important content of the newrural construction，is the basic conditions to live and work to farmers. Rural hosingquality and safety affects farmers’ living conditions and standard, it is fundamental toprotect the lives and property of the peasants. Thus, guiding and regulating the farmersto build high level of housing has important theoretical and practical significance.This paper reviews the development history of China’s rural housing construction,based on the review of domestic and foreign scholars for research status of ruralhousing problems, through using statistical analysis and orderly multi Logisticregression analysis by SPSS20.0of survey data of the housing situation in part of theShaanxi Province rural area. Then, identify the main factors of rural housing affect thequality and safety of Shaanxi Province. According to the rural housing existing qualityand safety problems through data analysis of rural housing of Shaanxi Province, and tothe study of laws,regulations and administrative policies of rural housing constructionrelated to quality and safety aspects, identify the main cause of rural housing existingquality and safety related problems of Shaanxi Province: lack of legal regulations andoversight, funding shortages, no design or design is not standardized, low quality building materials and construction techniques, etc. From the six areas were eventuallyput forward the corresponding management strategies: improvement of village housesconstruction laws and regulations, establish and improve rural construction supervisionsystem, strengthen the rural housing construction funds support, encourage the generalatlas, to provide technical support consulting system and ensure management system ofrural artisans.Through the above research, can be more objective analysis of the quality andsafety of the status quo of rural housing in Shaanxi Province, and find out the problemsand proposed management strategies to control the quality and safety of ShaanxiProvince rural housing issues. Hoping through this article discusses and research, canplay a role in learning and guidance to improve the quality and safety of China’s ruralhousing and raise rural living standards.
