Analysis Of User Satisfacyion And Influential Factor In Rural Drinking Water Safety Project In Shananxi Province

The national drinking water safety is the top priority in the task of water conservancy reform and development.In recent years,with the shortage and pollution of water resources becoming increasingly prominent,it is urgent to establish a perfect national drinking water safety guarantee system.Especially in the remote rural areas,drinking water safety for local residents becomes even more serious owing to the natural and economic conditions.During the "11th Five-Year Plan" to the "13th Five-Year Plan" period,all levels`governments increased the investment in rural drinking water projects,the tap water popularization rate and qualified rate have all been significantly improved in villages with higher satisfaction.However,there are some problems existing in the projects,such as attaching importance to construction and despising management,and lack of late maintenance etc.As a result,drinking water safety projects can not run well in a long-term.In order to solve the problems,it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive,scientific and objective evaluation system for drinking water safety projects by using feedback methods.The results and conclusions of the evaluation with an important guiding significance will increase the efficiency of drinking water projects,and improve the built,rebuilt,improved and proposed projects.The user satisfaction for drinking water safety project in Liuba County was analyzed in paper by using Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)with user satisfaction model.The evaluation criteria of customer satisfaction for drinking water safety engineering in Shaanxi province was obtained through the comprehensive analysis of various factors.OLS regression analysis was used to evaluate the factors affecting the satisfaction of rural drinking water safety project in Liuba County.The results showed that the factors,such as the location,poverty villages and charging,have obvious effects.
